Mariam Samsoudine is an account executive specializing in public diplomacy, government relations, and corporate communications for a wide range of clients in the international sector. She has worked on strategic and crisis communications, online reputation management and legislative affairs, for both sovereign and corporate client.
Before joining Qorvis Communications, Samsoudine coordinated communications for the Kurdistan Regional Government’s U.S. Representation office in Washington, implementing cultural diplomacy initiatives and working extensively with foreign delegations. She also previously worked with Hilton Hotels Corporation for several year in sales and marketing.
Born in France, Samsoudine has also worked and lived in the Persian Gulf area. She is an alumna of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po, where she obtained the Certificat Internationale. She earned her master’s degree in international communication from the School of International Service at American University, and holds a bachelor’s in political science with a focus on international relations, and a minor in French literature, from UC San Diego.
