Marcos Ballestero is Qorvis MSLGROUP’s vice president creative director with over 15 years of hands-on experience developing award-winning design. Throughout his career, Ballestero has helped manage and grow the creative departments and capabilities for many communications and marketing organizations. His diverse background in digital and traditional work has given him a full range of expertise in branding, advertising, campaign development, website design, user experience, mobile, social media and more. While his focus has been largely digital, he excels in creating integrated campaigns across all media channels.
Ballestero most recently served as the VP of Digital for an advocacy cause-focused communications agency called Home Front Communications in Washington, DC where he managed a multi-disciplinary creative team and lead the design and development of all interactive work.
Prior to these experiences, Ballestero also worked as creative director for several public relations and marketing agencies, including Weber Shandwick, Ketchum Worldwide, AgencyQ, Mindshare Interactive, and Proxicom Digital. In addition, he has gained extensive experience in government communications work serving as the lead creative director for several large redesign projects for the offices of Health and Human Services and the National Institutes of Health.
