Having established new relations as well as embracing existing clientele, Nader’s primary strengths are his key relationships.  Nader strategizes the right introductions, has an excellent data base for research and business development, and has been proven successful in target marketing of products and services in the Middle East on behalf of North American manufacturers and service providers.

Spending most of his time in the region, Nader is well-travelled throughout the Middle East working directly with Clients. While marketing Nader attended the American University in Washington, DC where his concentrations were in International Business Studies and Marketing. After excelling in his studies, Nader began to utilize his skills for the International Market. Nader’s clients range from the Members of the Royal family within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Ruling Families from the State of Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates; various Government Entities, Financial Institutions, and Oil Companies within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Nader has built a solid network of key relationships with project management, specialty consultant firms as well as with some of the world’s largest construction companies, Educational Institutions, Healthcare, Hospitality, Telecommunications and Military Markets.  Nader is also involved with the Commercial Real Estate Investment Markets in the United States.  

Nader has proudly participated on world-renown projects that are well into the $100’s of Millions to Billions of US Dollars. Some of those most notable and recent successes are as follows:

• King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST): Nader represented North American Manufacturers among an international competition for the Supply, Delivery and Installation, as well as after-market service for the required Classroom, Lecture Hall, and Executive Boardroom and Faculty Office Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) throughout the entire KAUST Campus.   Successful in his award, Nader and his team help orchestrated this assignment and were Ranked No. 1 among all suppliers/sub-consultants (over 200+) under the appointment and supervision of ARAMCO and SAUDI OGER.  KAUST had recognized the achievement and importance of Nader’s engagement on the project and has recently requested for his participation for the maintenance of all furniture installed throughout the 26 building campus.
• National Bank of Kuwait (NBK): Nader met with 60 departments of the entire banking facility and provided a feasibility study for all the documents and files stored at the main head office in Kuwait, branches (both local and foreign) as well as outside storage facilities.  Nader provided the CEO, Executive Management, Engineering, and Facility Department Managers an innovated solution that consisted of the most effective concept for future growth for the next 20 years. Thus providing adequate technology integrating safe and secure access and retrieval to the primary records and files stored as well as secondary materials such as; office supplies and stationeries, office equipment and PCs, ATM machines, safes, etc. 
• Government of Dubai – Dubai Police Department: As Project Director, Nader provided a Turn-Key Solution to complete one of the most up-to-date storage facilities of Armory for all Dubai Police Departments, Branches and Storage Facilities.
• Atlantis Hotel Dubai, Nader was commissioned by the Client to source and procure the custom made leather hides as well as coordinated the logistics of the delivery of each hide type to more than 2 dozen locations around for upholstery.  Nader’s participation on this project had saved the client nearly half of the proposed initial budget for the leathers specified on this job.
