Kristen Marks is a communications professional who brings strong media and public relations experience to her clients at Qorvis. Her client roster has spanned across tourism, government, technology, education, consumer, entertainment, environmental and nonprofit industries.
Marks joined Qorvis in January 2007 and has worked with Cisco Public Sector, Mexico Tourism Board, Keep America Beautiful, Identity Guard, Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Feld Entertainment and Marketplace Events. Marks also worked with the Qorvis Creative Services team, where she managed project implementations for clients including the Smithsonian Latino Center, Revolution Health and the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
Prior to joining Qorvis, Marks worked for WPSU-TV in Pennsylvania where she produced the Centre County Report, a weekly news program airing on the local PBS affiliate. Marks began her career at NBC’s Today Show in Washington, D.C. where she assisted producers and story coordinators with writing scripts, tape screening and research.
Education
Marks graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in business.
