- Pfeifer’s work in the DC area began in 1996 when he started working with Bill Replogle at local agency Rainmaker. Later the two began a dotcom together and most recently the creative shop of Sparky’s Garage.

Pfeifer studied fine arts and graphics design at the University of Utah
