The website created for Studley includes such interactive features as “tell a colleague” and the alert sign-up for broker and case study updates that combine to populate a growing database of email addresses.

 

Studley Increases Web Traffic with Qorvis Developed Website

Studley, the second largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in
the U.S., began an effort to re-brand the company and aggressively
launch the new look on a national scale.  Their existing website was
outdated both in terms of technology and content.  It was hard to use,
unsearchable and lacked a management system for publishing needs. 

As part of the firm’s creative methodology, Qorvis sought to distinguish
Studley within the industry and integrate the company’s new brand strategy. 
Qorvis developed a website that was photo-heavy with less copy, intelligent bio
and case study functionality and several opportunities for feedback.  Since its
inception, the revamped Studley.com has significantly increased both its visitor
traffic and the average duration of site visits.
