Qorvis provides its employees with the type of benefits package that you expect from a leading communications firm…and then some.  We offer a comprehensive health and dental coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending for health and dependent care, and a 401(k) plan (including an employer match of 25 cents on the dollar up to 3% of the contribution).  While other companies have continued to pare back their contribution to employee benefits, Qorvis continues to pay the majority of health/dental/life premiums for employees.  Another great benefit is the bonus program – all employees, not a select few, are eligible for an annual bonus, and it’s based on both individual and company performance.  We also offer free parking or reimbursement for public transportation.
