Jack Deschauer joined Qorvis Communications as an intern in 2000 and now serves as a director in the Washington, DC office.

Prior to joining Qorvis, Deschauer completed internships with CBS News’ “Face the Nation” in Washington, DC and CBS Sports in New York.

Pertinent Background & Relationships

  • Deschauer coordinates the government affairs program for The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, building relationships between senior officials and Congress. In addition, he coordinates media relations for Erickson Retirement Communities, the nation’s most popular campus-style community for seniors.
  • He also serves as intern coordinator for Qorvis.
  • Deschauer was awarded a 2004 Bronze Bulldog Award and named a finalist for a 2003 Sabre Award for his work on behalf of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
  • Deschauer is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Deschauer graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Public Relations.
