Focus

Bill Cullo joined Qorvis Communications, in July of 2004 and is responsible for running iQ Research & Consulting, the research division of Qorvis. Cullo has been measuring, and helping to shape, public opinion for over a dozen years. Prior to joining Qorvis, Cullo focused his career on political campaigns, trade associations and corporations facing challenges or obstacles.  He has worked on political campaigns all over the world -- from city council to president - - including deputy director of polling for Bob Dole’s 1996 presidential campaign.

Pertinent Background & Relationships

Since joining Qorvis, Cullo has conducted market research projects covering a wide spectrum of industries including: energy, consumer/retail, health care, technology, government contracting, IT, land development/use, adult products (liquor and tobacco), and legislative issues. 

Some of the more recent research projects Cullo has managed are:

  • Ad testing for General Motors
  • Branding and message development for the British Embassy
  • Competitive analysis and positioning for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)
  • Brand image analysis for Louisiana State University (LSU)

Education

Cullo received a B.S. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh.
