Qorvis Fellowship

The Qorvis Fellowship, inaugurated in 2009, is a program designed to identify and advance Q staff members who demonstrate great potential. Qorvis will make a year-long commitment to each Q-Fellow to help them more quickly gain the knowledge, experience and skills to that will allow them achieve higher levels of responsibility and management in the company. Each Q-Fellow will have a customized program to meet his/her specific needs that begins with a meeting with his/her coach to create an inventory of skills and experience necessary for advancement. The program will function as a highly personalized and advanced QU, providing specialized training in the form of classes, continuing education and other tailored skill-building programs. After identifying specific areas for growth, the Q-Fellow and his/her coach will then design a learning program to be implemented over the year and evaluated at the end of each quarter.
